I am a toroidal astrologer. I interpret birth charts as toroidal energy fields. The reason for this style of reading the birth chart is to use it as a reminder of the right frequency and right rhythms. If you are able to discover this resonance within yourself and find a way to cultivate it in order to bring your unique vibrations out ever stronger and truer, then you are not only bringing more coherence into your life but also into the lives around you. As Joseph Campbell says, “A vital person vitalizes.”
You not only inhabit a body, you also inhabit a field, a bioelectric field that thrives on beneficial exchange between itself and its environment. As super-informational creatures, even another’s words, or our thoughts and feelings, are places of exchange. Our chemistries are constantly shifting in response to the many stimuli that surround us. How well we swim through this sea determines, to a significant extent, the consistency of our flow.
It becomes reasonable to question our unique values, ideals, habits, and efforts. We should be curious about what brings us delight, where we play, where we are fascinated, who and what we commit ourselves to, and why. These are all sources of exchange from which our field can thrive.
The word “cosmos” comes from the Greek word “kosmos,” which means good order. There is an intrinsic pull toward good order in us.
Nature is relatedness. Nature is bountiful. Nature is a natural system, open to sources of renewal and sustainment. Taurus, the basis of the torus field, represents this bountiful system of relatedness and nature.
The purpose of reading the chart as a field is to have immediate access to its powers in glimpses, in practice, in awareness, and in experimentation.
